Our Commitment
teachmu is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards Compliance
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web accessibility. These standards define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Accessibility Features
- Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard
- Skip to Content — A skip link allows keyboard users to bypass the navigation
- Focus Indicators — Visible focus outlines on all interactive elements
- ARIA Landmarks — Proper semantic structure for screen readers
- Color Contrast — Text meets WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements
- Responsive Design — The site works on all screen sizes and devices
- Reduced Motion — Animations are reduced for users who prefer less motion
Accessibility Widget
We provide an accessibility widget (bottom-right corner of every page) that allows you to:
- Adjust font size (80% to 140%)
- Enable high contrast mode
- Reduce or disable animations
Your preferences are saved automatically and persist across sessions.
Assistive Technologies
teachmu is designed to be compatible with:
