Refund Policy

Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost with no commitment. No refund applies.
Paid Subscriptions
All paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your data remains accessible until the end of your paid period
- After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan with its limitations
Refund Eligibility
- Within 14 days of first purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 14 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@teachmu.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if the account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or if the request is deemed fraudulent.
