1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using teachmu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

teachmu is a SaaS platform that provides scheduling, exercise creation, student management, and communication tools for private teachers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a teacher account
• Student accounts may be created by users of any age with teacher invitation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free accounts are available with limited features
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each teacher workspace is isolated — students can only access content within their teacher's workspace.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you create (flashcard decks, exercises, notes) remains your property. teachmu does not claim ownership of your content. We retain rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

teachmu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
